Cedar City Area Featured In USA Today For Fabulous Fall Colors
 

Depart from Cedar City and proceed north to Parowan on I-15.  Proceed through Parowan Canyon and Brian Head via Hwy 143 towards Panguitch Lake-Encounter ancient lava beds and the very unusual grove of aspen trees where the leaves turn red instead of gold.

Arrive at Panguitch Lake - horseback rides, boat rentals, or drive the Lakeshore Drive.

Arrive in Panguitch - tour the Paunsagaunt Wildlife Museum and the historical downtown.

Depart Panguitch via Highway 89 to Highway 14. Again encounter maple and oak groves ablaze in fall color.

Stop at the Navajo Lake Overlook

Continue on to Cedar Breaks National Monument, visit the many viewpoints and hiking trails.

Depart for Cedar City via Hwy. 14 -Bristlecone Pine Walking Trail, Zion Overlook and the Ashdown Gorge.
